Sound Bath
Depending on the goal of the sound bath, a mix of different tonal instruments such as Himalayan and/or crystal singing bowls, gongs, monochords and percussions are played in particular succession. As your brain waves gradually slow down from a hyperactive to a more grounded state, it brings back a natural inner balance and activates the body’s inherent self-healing ability.
Sound baths are mostly designed around deep relaxation and are used by many people as a way to fully let go and escape into a dream-like world of total calm. For others, sound baths are more intentional and, combined with some personalised reflective work, can become a wonderful tool to recover from stress, self-limiting beliefs and traumas or to ease you through a difficult transitional period.↓
The benefits of sound bathing may be far-reaching. From improved sleep to relief from chronic pain, it is a transformative, holistic practice that brings peace to both the mind and the body.
